- Dual 70kg graduated weight stack, with each stack providing up to a total of 35kg resistance for a 2:1 weight ratio. This ratio allows for extremely smooth action, lower increment weight increases, and greater range of motion. The first 5kg plates on each stack are 2.5kg each, providing 1.25kg resistance. The final 10 plates on each stack are 5kg each, providing 2.5kg resistance.
