You are able to do a wide variety of exercises on a small surface, thanks to its innovative design. The BodyCraft™ GX can be considered as the successor of the famous X-press Pro™. It offers the same kind of exercises, yet packed in a new and compact design. For each exercise, a comfortable position is guaranteed. The seat, back support and handlebars are easy adjustable in order to set-up an ideal position for each type of user. The seat is thick padded and provides optimum comfort during your work-out. Focus on the construction and you will notice a solid cable system and industrial bearings which take care for a smooth movement for each kind of exercise. Set-up a good position, start working-out and imagine yourself at your very own gym!
As mentioned before, the BodyCraft™ GX offers a wide variety of exercises. The unique cable arms of the BodyCraft™ GX allow you to do all kind of exercises such as pectoral flies, side raise, front raise, concentration curl, etc. The easy to adjust, large handlebar provides a stable chest press exercise, vertical row and even upper chest exercises. If you look at the upper side of the station, you will find a lat bar which is perfect to do your lat exercises. The low pulley allows you to focus on the mid part of your back, biceps curl or other exercises
