    Sweat it out at home!

    I am so glad I went into my Elite store instead of buying a cheap Spin Bike online because as I discovered there is a BIG difference! The guys showed me how to set up the correct riding position and also how to maintain by bike... Now you can't get that kind of advice online! Thank you boys! Cindy
