What is your minimum hire Period?
We hire on a minimum of one month for a previously hired item or 3 months minimum for a brand new never before used hire item, paid in advance.
Do you require bond?
No we don't. We do require a credit card for payment and a form of photo ID to hire. We accept Mastercard, Visa, Q Card, and Farmers Card for payment, and a NZ drivers license or Current Passport for Photo Identification
Do you hire in my location?
We have over 20 stores Nationwide, and we can deliver up to 40km from a store nearest you. If you aren't in these delivery zones, don't fear as we can hire a brand new item to anywhere in the country (freight charges extra)
What are your delivery prices?
- Zone 1 up to 15km from a store is $40
- Zone 2 from 15km to 40km from a store nearest you is $80
- Zone 3 for anywhere greater than 40km from our stores is quoted upon hire application
- Pickup is Free and can be picked up same day as hire
I'm motivated to start exercising straight away. How long do I have to wait to for my hire to arrive?
This varies from store to store, and we aim to deliver between 1-3 business days. Some stores can manage same day delivery!
I want to put the item into the 3rd floor of my house. Can you do this?
We deliver our hire products with one person and to your front door or Garage. All our items are on wheels, and can be easily moved around. Should you need us to setup the item in a hard to access area, extra fees will be applicable. Quoted on Hire Application.
What is hire to buy?
It essentially means your first month hire is free if you choose to buy within that first month. All our hire products have the option for Hire to Buy credit. Should you wish to purchase the item you are using in the first month, your initial hire payment will come off the purchase price of that item or it can be used towards the same value brand new item in our stores or higher. If you choose to buy in the second month or later, then we are happy to give you a maximum of 1 months hire off the purchase price of the item you are hiring or a new item in store of the same value or higher..
