The NordicTrack C7 ZL Exercycle bike uses only quality bearings, which guarantees quiet operation, reliability and long life. The smooth, frictionless resistance system operates over 25 levels and allows you to adjust your workout intensity without interrupting your workout. The C7 ZL features 23 Preset Programmes; 12 Smart programmes, 8 Heart Rate and 3 Watts workouts.

iFit SD Card Technology The balanced 12 kg flywheel ensures a smooth workout, whilst the console features a backlit LCD display tracking speed, time, distance, resistance, pulse and watts. Make your workouts more effcient by monitoring your heart rate with the incuded Polar™ chest belt which allows wireless heart rate monitoring to ensure you always reach the desired intensity.
