By combining the low impact stride of an elliptical with the intense calorie burn from incline training, the result is a truly unique and innovative product that helps you burn calories and loose weight whilst protecting your joints from impact and damage.

The FreeStrider™ gives you up to 35" of a natural striding motion in a small compact footprint. This unique footpath allows you to engage your hamstrings and glutes for more muscle activation and calorie burning than walking and running. Regardless of your height, you are free to move through your natural range of motion.

Only iFIT® Live allows you to train anywhere in the world from the comfort of your home. Powered by Google™ Maps, the unique software lets you plot workout routes from anywhere on the globe which you can download to your equipment. Your fitness equipment will then simulate the terrain of your chosen route and your progress can be viewed on Google maps™ or a virtual run simulated on Google street view™.
Included additional workouts are designed by premier personnal trainers like Jillian Michaels or based on real world road races like the RAGNAR Relay series. The iFIT® Live* experience also allows you to track your weight, food intake and additional exercises to make sure you hit your fitness goals.
