After evaluating the existing fitness market in central Auckland we identified the need for an up-market facility that provided a convenient location, great facilities, outstanding customer service and top range training equipment. It was very important for the equipment to not only look good but perform great as well. This equipment needed to be adjustable for all shapes and sizes and needed to be able to cater for anyone from first time gym users to professional athletes.
After evaluating all of the options it was decided that the best overall package that suited the needs of such a facility was the package that was offered by Elite Fitness. We purchased the Nautilus range of cardio and strength equipment. This option has proven to be very successful as the members love the equipment and they get fantastic results.
The commercial manager Beau Mulder has done a fantastic job and has delivered what he said he would, when he said that it would be done. Having support and people you can rely on is very important when you are in business.
