Excellent Buy - Should have done this earlier

At the gym I mainly used the treadmill, so I decided to buy one for home and to cancel my gym membership. I was a little nervous about spending this much money but after using the machine for 3 weeks now, I am thrilled. The convenience of being able to work out at any time of the day, without having to leave the house is a real advantage and I have exercised more often and regularly because of that. The Proform 705 ZLT treadmill is an excellent machine! I love (in random order): 1. The impact reducing cushioning system is wonderful and makes for less strain on joints. I have a ‘bad’ knee, so running on a shock absorbing underground is important to me. 2. The belt is spacious and this makes for comfortable running without having to worry about width or length. 3. The wireless Polar heart rate monitor allows to work out within the right training zone for cardio or weight loss. The Polar heart rate monitor is more accurate and allows to continue exercising, rather than having to stop to hold the pulse sensors. 4. The display is big, clear and gives you readings on distance, calories, heart rate and time covered in one blink of an eye. The green LED display is a pleasant, relaxing colour. 5. The pre-designed programs are organized into two groups: ‘calorie’ and ‘time’ workouts - easy and convenient. They are great, although not the easiest for beginners. There also is the option of putting in an iFit card to get extra programs, although I have not tried this yet. 6. To work out at your own pace and level, just press ‘Go’ and use one of the 10 direct speed or incline keys, and the up and down buttons to adjust. 7. When listening to music, there is the choice between your i-pod or the good quality speaker system, which is an added bonus 8. The machine is very easy to fold up. This treadmill does not come with a built-in fan, like some other models. I don’t see this as a problem, as you can easily buy a separate fan if you require one. Last but not least delivery and setting up is a breeze, as you don’t have to lift a finger. The friendly team from Elite delivers it, assembles it and sets it all up for you, ready to go. Top class customer service! Overall the Proform 705 ZLT is a sturdy, powerful, very user friendly, quality treadmill. It has a nice look and feels great when walking or running on it, and doesn’t take up much space when folded up. I am confident that I will get years of workout pleasure out of it. Well worth the money.
