Its often the case where customers call and enquire in relation to a service query and we can't help unless we have the relative information. Filling in our online forms helps to speed up the process by given us the required information. It can be frustrating for clients to call and have a dozen questions asked with no answer being able to be given because their machines not on hand or they are at work. Most of the time we will have a solution for you before we call on how to get your machine fixed. Almost 30% of all faults to date have been fixed over the phone by recalibration or simple fixes and checks the customer can do themselves.

All our warranties are back to base. If you wish a technician to attend your premises or home, an hourly travelling charge or callout fee may apply. For all call outs payment details are required prior to attending the site. A rough estimate of costs can be provided before callout.
