I am an active rugby player, recuperating from back and knee operations. I recently opened a gym in my home town of Te Aroha and was on the lookout for some gym equipment that was ergonomically easy on the joints and safe to use. Contacting Elite Fitness I soon found that Nautilus range of equipment was what I was after. I was taken through the Warriors Gym in Auckland that has Nautilus equipment in it. The equipment is unlike any other I have ever used, very smooth through the entire range of motion and it didn’t aggravate any of my injuries.
Apart from getting the best gear around I was treated to some of the best service around. Not having any experience in setting up a gym, I found the Elite Fitness team very good to deal with. They went out of their way to help me out. They offered support and answered all questions, in all areas including the business plans, layout of the gym, colours, signs and numerous other small things that they didn’t have to do. They made the opening of the gym a huge success by coming to Te Aroha and spending the entire day mixing with the Te Aroha locals and answering any questions (which were a lot) that were asked. They also organised a Nautilus international speaker ( Xen Angelides) to speak at a pre opening evening I held. Overall I am very proud to have Nautilus equipment in my gym, feedback from the members about the equipment has been hugely positive and people who were once intimidated by weights equipment have been joining after their friends tell them about the Nautilus equipment. I am also very happy with the service received from the Elite Fitness team, besides from getting me the best equipment; they have made the whole process of opening a gym a lot easier with their knowledge and support.
