These progressive, moderately challenging workouts have been designed to give you some of the same benefits as jogging and running, but by walking at an incline. Audio coaching is provided by personal trainer Jillian Michaels, while the SD card automatically adjusts the speed, intensity or incline of your compatible training equipment.
