hereQ. Why are elite warranties non transferable from customer to customer?
A. Elite provides a specific piece of equipment to the original purchaser based on what their use will be, specific questions are asked at point of sale, i.e. how many people will use the product and what is the max weight of the heaviest person, and the height of the tallest person. How many hours per week would each person use it for. This way we can choose the right product for the customers needs.
