"Fifteen years ago, weight training was the way to go. With the emergence of more sophisticated heart-rate measuring devices, came the era of cardiovascular fitness and endurance training. Now, a new form of exercise that perfectly complements the previous two is taking fitness centres and health clubs by storm: coordination training. We call it "Body Teamwork" - Ewald A. Aigner, S3-Concept developer.
Endurance and strength on their own are not enough! The most important aspect of training is Body Teamwork. Based on MFT's scientifically validated S3-Concept, it lays the foundations for and subsequently trains towards optimal coordination.
Body Teamwork allows the delicate inner muscle and nerve systems to work together perfectly, training the body to function as a team. The result: healthier and improved performance in a shorter amount of time.
Body Teamwork - rotating around three axes
We move our bodies around three axes: the longitudinal axis, the depth axis and the width axis. A healthy joint keeps this pressure and friction as low as possible. Poor posture, obesity and physical error at sports are stressing the body stronger and wears the body one side or prematurely. Body Teamwork counteracts this with training accessible for the axis.
The tilting of the plate provokes compensating movements of the body. The principle of Body Teamwork is based on the four basic positions of the MFT training discs: Frond Wipp, Side Wipp, Turn around, Twist. The exercises in the individual positions always consist of an exchange of mobilization and stabilization - this is a perfect coordination.
