Scott joined Elite Fitness in 2010 as our Service Manager, bringing over 10 years of service management experience across New Zealand, Australia and the UK. Before Elite, he spent eight years in Scotland as a Field Service Technician and Lead Electrical Technician for a large European engineering and manufacturing company. With his extensive technical and service experience, Scott plays a key role in supporting our service team and solving even the trickiest equipment issues.

Rocky joined Elite Fitness after 20 years with Sony International, bringing extensive experience in electrical and electronic repair and design. His expertise across Sony’s home and entertainment divisions makes him our go-to person for solving even the trickiest technical issues. With a knack for diagnosing problems others can’t, Rocky is an invaluable part of our service team.

Ian first joined Elite Fitness in 2008 as a Senior Field Technician before spending several years in the UK working with a leading fitness equipment manufacturer. He returned to Elite with 21 years of experience in the fitness industry and is one of our most experienced technicians. With extensive skills in fabrication, welding, finishing and electrical servicing, Ian is a highly valued member of our service team.

Paul joined Elite Fitness in 2023 as a qualified Field Service Technician, bringing extensive experience from the medical equipment and testing industry. Before this, he spent 15 years in the UK Royal Navy as a Marine Electrical Engineer, serving on nuclear submarines. His diverse technical background and expertise make him a valuable member of our service team.

Christian joined Elite Fitness in 2022 as a Trainee Service Technician and gained full EWRB registration within two years. Since then, he has excelled as a Field Service Technician, taking on a wide range of service and repair work. Christian enjoys the variety and challenges of the role, bringing a practical approach to problem-solving while continuing to build his technical knowledge and experience.

Steve has been part of Elite Fitness for many years, working across almost every role in the business, including Sales Representative, Store Manager, Training Manager and National Parts Manager. With a wealth of knowledge and experience, Steve eventually joined our service team as a Field Service Technician - completing the full Elite Fitness role list!

Steve joined Elite Fitness in 2022 after four years in customer service, initially working in our Parts Department. His drive to grow and learn led him to become an EWRB-registered Service Technician, developing the technical skills needed to service and maintain the equipment our customers rely on every day.

Dylan joined Elite Fitness in 2024 with four years of customer service experience. Since joining the team, he has developed a strong understanding of our equipment and parts systems, combined with a practical, hands-on approach that makes him a valuable member of our Parts team.
