Features
Features
- Plate-Loaded: The resistance is provided by adding standard Olympic weight plates to loading points low to the ground, which makes loading safer and easier.
- Ergonomic Design: The machine is engineered to follow the body's natural movement path and correctly address the strength curve of the target muscles.
- Adjustable Handles: It features three-dimensional, adjustable-height handles that allow for various starting positions and different grip options (horizontal and parallel), accommodating both deadlifts and shrugs.
- Safety: The walk-in design allows for easy entry and exit, and the controlled movement path provides more stability than a traditional barbell, which helps in avoiding injuries.
- Dual Purpose: The machine can be used for both deadlifts and shrugs, and some variations offer options for lunges, rows, and squats.
