Description

The Renegade R1 Runner combines expert engineering, innovation and comfort into one brilliant treadmill. It is a motorless curved surface treadmill which makes it one of the most effective devices for speed, strength and endurance training. It can be adjusted by changing the magnetic resistance; a low resistance allows a smooth glide for high speed and internal work while a higher resistance can imitate heavy sled and power training. Black foam ergonomic handles allow the users arms to be naturally positioned and the frame can be used to imitate the pushing of a sled. Users can use any of the seven included training programs with the R1 runner and can see the different modes of speed, calories, time on the large LCD screen.

The 160 x 48cm tread belt is made from high quality durable anti-slip aluminium plates covered with rubber making your training quiet and smooth. The incline of the treadmill can be adjusted manually using the levelling feet which are large and non-slip to provide stability and comfort while you train. The treadmill can be lifted using the handle at the back and conveniently moved around your home with the transport wheels. The Renegade R1 Runner offers a one-of-kind workout creating the most similar experience as genuine road running.
