Features

Linear bearing Smith carriage with chrome guide rails with a machined bearing carriage deliver smooth,
frictionless vertical bar travel with negligible lateral play — critical for controlled pressing and squatting movements.

Tandem cable pulley system-Each column runs dual large-diameter pulleys (~120mm) on a height-adjustable 3-bolt carrier, with two lower redirect pulleys to keep cable tracking smooth under heavy load.

Plate-loaded independent stacks

Left and right weight stacks are fully independent, allowing asymmetric
loading for unilateral training. Selector pin adjusts resistance; stacks travel
on a central guide rod.

Rotating J-hook & safety system Chromed multi-hole safety catches with a twist-and-rack mechanism. Red hitch-pin locking secures both J-hooks and spotter arms in the Westside upright holes.

Gusset-braced spotter arms- Heavy-duty spotter arms feature a triangular steel gusset for rigidity
and 10 numbered depth positions. Shared Westside hole spacing means they're
interchangeable with standard rack accessories.
