The Elite Standard Curl Bar is made from elevated temperature drawn, high tensile steel allowing it to become more tough wearing, durable and flexible. The bars provide machine finished smooth sleeves for fluid and consistent rotation. Designed with diamond knurled handgrips and rotating sleeves.
The Elite Standard Curl Bar isolates and intensifies the development of the biceps and forearm muscles, a proven favourite of bodybuilders everywhere.
