How does the hire process work?

Simply choose your equipment, book online or in-store, and we’ll arrange delivery or pickup. Use it for as long as you like — then return it or buy it!

How soon can I get the equipment delivered?

Delivery usually takes 1–3 business days, depending on location and stock. Some stores offer same-day delivery — call to check!

Do I need to pay a bond or deposit?

No bond or upfront deposit is required. You only pay for the hire term you choose.

What’s the minimum hire period?

Just one month. After that, you can extend or return the equipment whenever it suits you.

Can I collect the item from your store?

Yes! Pickup is free. Our gear fits in most hatchbacks, and treadmills fold down for transport.

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery ranges from $105–$140 depending on your location and equipment type (within 20km of store).

Can I buy the equipment after hiring?

Yes — and if you buy within the first month, your hire fee can go toward the purchase (conditions apply).

Can I get a discount for long-term hire?

Possibly! For 6–12 month hires, we may be able to offer better rates. Get in touch with your local store.
