This great training tool can be incorporated into drills during sports training with the goal of improving an athlete's performance. Enhancing the athlete’s ability to change direction and accelerate while already moving. The Xtreme Elite Hurdle is adjustable by twisting the lower legs in either a back or forth direction, this will change the height to 6” or 12”. This is a great feature to suit the user and their training requirements.
