The Elite Cross Rack is a high-quality steel cage designed to be interchangeable with other Rig Cages or configured as any of the wall mount options featured above. As well as a large variety of accessories such as additional uprights and bars, punching bags, squat bars, steps, hanging rings, barbell workouts, ropes, dip bars, pull up bars, power bands etc. All these interchangeable add-ons make it easier to have a large variety of exciting exercises all in one frame that is easy to change and pull apart.
