The new & improved Elite Doorway Chin-up Bar is portable and multi-functional, allowing you to perform several different exercises. The most common use is for upper body workouts including pull-ups, push-ups, sit-ups, leg raises, oblique curls and variety of abdominal exercises. Once the unit is assembled using the tool kit (included), it will attach and detach to your door frame in seconds. Positioning the chin-up bar on top of the door frame or below will determine type of exercise to perform. Having twelve separate grip locations, Elite Chin-Up Bar gives you the option to perform a variety of exercises using different hand positions, targeting different muscles and areas of the body. The extra padded neoprene handles will provide you with the most comfortable exercise possible.
