The Xtreme Elite Wide Resistance Band Set is great for targeting areas such as your thighs, glutes, and shoulders. These versatile bands can be integrated seamlessly into your daily workout regime, providing additional resistance to your strength training, HIIT training and stretching. The set includes 3 bands that offer the levels of resistance (9kg, 13.6kg and 22.6kg). Switch between the resistance bands or combine a few bands together, the versatile set can be adapted and manipulated to accommodate your training. The fitness resistance bands come with a travel-sized bag, allowing you to take your bands on the road and workout anywhere.
