Change the position of this FIB bench up to 90 degrees to target different muscle groups and use for a wide variety of workouts. Built with heavy-duty commercial steel, this bench is built to last and will withstand long term use. The FIB 9 is easy to assemble and move around with its transport wheels and handle making it a desirable piece of equipment in any workout area.
