We’ve combined the heavy-duty base of the G5000 with a pec deck and VKR tower delivering the ultimate home gym set up. All equipment is designed from sturdy steel framework painted with a durable powder coat to ensure minimal maintenance and a lasting finish keeping quality at the forefront of this package deal.
Utilise the different attachments to get a full body workout in the comfort of your own home. Starting with the base of the G5000 Home Gym, features a dual chest press which can be adjusted by the switch of a knob to work the chest and shoulders. The Pec Deck attachment is positioned at the front of the home gym allowing you to isolate your pecs, mimicking the movement of a dumbbell fly. The padded seat is equipped with a leg developer to work the quads and hamstrings and lastly, adjust the seat into either of the 3 positions or completely remove to make full use of the included pulley system to isolate a range of different muscle groups.
Lastly the VKR attached to the back of the home gym is designed with a multi grip chin up bar, contoured arm pads and extra cushioning on the back support to strengthen your upper body and core.
