Simple, durable and resilient, the Xtreme Hollow Technique Plates are an excellent tool for weightlifting beginners or experienced lifters looking to perfect their technique. The weight plates allow you to focus on correcting your technique and also encourages the progression to heavier Olympic weight lifting. The Technique Plates match the size of the Olympic plates without the overload of weight on the bar, helping you practice lifts from the correct height.

The Technique Plates are made out of high-density nylon, conforming to IWF specifications with a 450 mm in diameter and 60mm thick construction.

Ideal for Olympic lifts, Deadlifts, Powerlifting, CrossFit and Weightlifting. Suitable for Olympic Barbells.
