Comfortable and supportive, the back pad is made of top-grade, high-density foam. The multi-position back pad adjusts from chest press, incline press, military press, decline press, and flat positions, while the tilting seat adjusts to three positions. And to keep you secure while in the decline position, this bench includes an oversized, adjustable leg holder with foam roller pads.
Other features include a pop-pin chrome slide track adjustment and a durable powder-coated finish. The bench functions independently or adapts to fit most squat racks, half cages, and Smith machines. Transport wheels and a handle grip make for an easy moving, and the bench folds flat for no-fuss storage.
