The Inspire™ Fitness SF3 Functional Trainer brings the entire gym to the comfort of your own home. Intergrating a full functional training system, with a smith bar and bench, this is a system you won't find anywhere else. The swivel pulley system can be positioned in 39 positions to provide moment in any direction allowing the user to have complete freedom when working out. The built in smith bar ties directly with the weight stacks for safe and quick weight adjustments. If you want to increase the weight on the smith bar, the weight multiplier features offers the innovative Weight Multiplier feature Doubles Maximum Resistance to accommodate heavy lifters. The SF3 comes with an adjustable bench that can be adjusted to 6 different positions, or folds completely flat for easy storage. It also features a fully-loaded accessory rack to keep your gym area looking neat and tidy.
