- SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We aim to ship goods out on the same day as we receive payment confirmation, but do allow a 1-2 day process time during the busier seasons. Once the order has been dispatched to delivery, your order will be passed on to our network of freight companies. Estimated delivery times would depend on the address in the country and local disruptions.
- Estimated delivery North Island: 1-3 days
- Estimated delivery South Island: 5-8 days
Please note these times are only guidelines, not guarantees. However, if you do experience any problems, then please contact us on 0800 243 834 and we will follow this up for you. All deliveries require a signature upon arrival, unless instructed otherwise.
Pickups are available from all Elite Fitness stores around the country, please note that if you place an order for pick-up from any store out of Auckland there will be a freight charge added. Collection/ open hours vary from store to store, please click here to check
Store Opening Hours. Once your order is ready for collection, you will be contacted. Orders are required to be collected within 3 days or the stock may be restocked, if you collect beyond the 3 day period there may be a waiting period as the warehouse staff will retrieve the order. - FREIGHT OPTIONS
General Freight is a door to door, one man delivery service. This means the item will be left near or by your door or at the end of your driveway. If the truck or vehicle cannot access your house, the item will be delivered by the curb-side of the delivery address. This Mainfreight service is dependent on size of product i.e. If over 25kg, please be prepared to assist in the un-loading of the product. If the freighted item is really heavy, please have assistance on hand as normal freight does not include multiple people or specialist equipment to move or unload items. For larger, heavier goods we recommend that you ensure the correct numbers of people are available to lift the item from the truck as the driver may not be willing to assist. In case of unsatisfactory assistance for lifting, the delivery may be deferred to a different date or time and additional charges may apply for redelivery or storage. Please do not ask drivers to lift items more than what is specified by OSH or to lift items into the home, this is not included in the freight delivery terms.
All orders over 25kgs are sent by general freight.
With General freight ensure:
- Adequate persons are present to lift the item from the truck if need be.
- If the item cannot be lifted into the house or needs to be left outdoors temporarily, ensure there is a cover to protect the item from snow, ice, rain, dust, etc.
- Please be prepared to pay additional costs if the item requires redelivery or cannot be removed from the truck
General freight is a very basic destination to destination service, no bells or whistles included. This service is a time-efficient and cost-effective option. If you require a more personal service please let us know, please note that this arrangement will have an additional cost.

As the receiver when signing for an item you are accepting that the item has been received in good condition. The freight company will not honour any claim in the event of damage.
