Q. Can I order over the phone?
A. Yes, we have a team ready to take your order.
Our hours are 9 a.m. – 5 p.m., Monday – Friday.
To place a phone order, please contact us on 0800 243 834. Please make sure you have your credit card & delivery details ready.
You are also able to make a purchase online 24/7, by selecting the product you want and then adding it to the 'shopping cart'. When making an Online purchase, you will be automatically transferred to a secure area of the Elite Fitness website, where your information is encrypted through a Secure Sockets Layer connection.
Q. If my order is a gift for someone else, can it be delivered directly to them?
A. Yes, you will be able to enter the address to wh ich the gift needs to be delivered within the check-out process.
Q. Can my order be delivered to a PO Box?
A. No, unfortunately we are unable to deliver to a PO Box. We are committed to making sure every order reaches the right person in a timely fashion. We only deliver to your home or work, where someone can sign for the delivery.
Q. Can I collect my order?
A. Pickup is available on certain items from our Auckland Warehouse. The information is emailed to you after processing your order, with the location and pickup times. Currently the warehouse is available for pickups between the hours of 10am-3pm Mon-Fri next business day after order processed e.g ordered on Monday, processed and invoiced on Monday, pickup is Tuesday.
Q. Can I collect my order outside of your normal pickup times?
A. Yes this is possible, but it will delay the pickup of your order. We can arrange for the item to be collected from the Mt. Wellington store. To do this, Please call us on 0800 243 834 or email firstname.lastname@example.org
Q. Can I collect my order from a store at the website price?
A. No, unfortunately the website price is only available based on pickup from the Auckland Warehouse and excludes freight to store. We can arrange to have items sent to a store at a cost.
Q. How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
A. We strive to deliver all orders within 2-5 working days (excluding hoiliday periods, and public holidays). A track and trace is available once the item leaves our Auckland warehouse and can be requested with the staff member who processed your order. Q. Do you deliver overseas?
A. No, we cannot deliver overseas. However, you can order from overseas and have the item delivered to a New Zealand address.
Q. I'm accessing this site from outside New Zealand. Can I still place an order?
A. Yes, but only if the delivery address is within New Zealand. Prices may not be shown to you however please feel free to email us an order at email@example.com. We reserve the right to reject any overseas order.
Q. Can I have my items installed?
A. Yes, we are more than happy to arrange installation of any of our products, depending on the exact product, your location and your requirements. Prices will be quoted over phone or email. Q. Who will deliver my order?
A. Deliveries are currently made by the company Freightlines for freight orders (items over 25kg or over 0.125 cubic), or Fastway Couriers (for items under 25kgs and 0.125 cubic), a third party freight company and sometimes our own delivery staff.
