COVID-19 (CORONAVIRUS) UPDATE

Dear Elite Customers,

We are working with the Ministry of Business, Innovation & Employment to give you access to all non-food essential items during lockdown, should you need them. These can now be delivered contactless to your door.


All our stores are closed due to COVID-19 but any essential items for your rehabilitation, physical and mental health needs will now be available through www.elitefitness.co.nz or by phone order on 0800 243 834. These include any cardio equipment, strength equipment or accessories.

Some non-essential items such as footwear & apparel are not available for purchase at this time. 

We are committed to following the Government guidelines while we fulfil your essential orders. Please be patient as this means the timeframes are going to be slower than usual. We are working with limited resources for picking and packing, whilst respecting the physical distancing rules, and in some cases, working remotely from home. Our staff have the required PPE gear whilst working on-site.

Delivery:  Contactless delivery to your door.

Our protocols for delivery have been temporarily updated, limiting physical interaction and contact. Couriers will be required to leave customer parcels at the designated delivery address, outside the front door or gate (if locked). Please ensure you follow your tracking and are at home for delivery. Due to the high volume of home deliveries currently happening across all industries, a time frame cannot be provided and you will need to rely on the courier tracking advice.

We will endeavour to deliver your order to you in 5-7 business days.

Assembling: All assembling services are suspended.   

Existing Orders:

  • If you have an existing order with us for an essential item, we will endeavour to get your goods out to you in the next few days. We will be contacting you via email or phone for goods yet to be shipped or any other outstanding queries. We apologise for the delay but are working under extremely restricted conditions and adhering to all government health guidelines.
  • If you have an existing order with us for a non-essential item, unfortunately, this cannot be dispatched until the delivery of non-essential goods resumes. 

Refunds:

  • If you wish to cancel your order kindly email us at info@elitefitness.co.nz and be sure to include your order number. Kindly be patient as we are respecting self-isolation rules and working remotely.
